If there's no sound, check if the product needs to be charged. The product uses a low voltage design, so please use a charging adapter with a power output below 15W. Fast charging adapters may not be compatible.

The magnetic suction surfaces of the device are compatible with MagSafe phones like iPhone 12/13/14/15 standard/pro/pro max. For non-MagSafe phones, use a magnetic ring or magnetic phone case. It can be attached to the car's media screen, but for the dashboard, ensure it is flat and completely smooth. Fully curved dashboards are not suitable.

Before first use, please charge the device and remove the protective plastic film from the vacuum suction surface. Ensure the charging adapter has a power output below 15W, as fast charging adapters may not be compatible.
